Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Makassar
Meet your guide at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, transfer to your hotel in Makassar and have dinner in the city.
Day 2Makassar to Toraja
Travel through Bugis villages towards Toraja, with stops for photographs, lunch at Kupa Beach and a break at Puncak Lakawan. Arrive in Rantepao and check in to your hotel.
Day 3Lemo, Londa and Kete Kesu
Visit Lemo and Londa, then have lunch in Rantepao. Continue through Karuaya to Kete Kesu to see tongkonan houses and carved rice barns. Return to your hotel.
Day 4Weaving villages and Bolu market
Visit Pallawa and Sa'dan To'baranna, then continue to Tinimbayo for views across the rice fields. After lunch, visit the Bolu buffalo market and the stone menhirs at Bori before returning to your hotel.
Day 5Return to Makassar
After breakfast, check out and return to Makassar by road, or transfer to Toraja or Palopo Airport if a suitable flight is available. Confirm the return route with our team.
